At गाँव Ghar, we deliver traditional, handmade food items with love and care from the heart of Bihar. Since our products are perishable, made-to-order, and food-grade, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy, with very limited exceptions to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness.


✅ Refunds – When Do We Offer Them?

We offer refunds only under the following rare circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your product was damaged, spoiled, or leaking during transit

📸 What You Need to Do:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Email us at support@gaongharstore.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue (including packaging)

🔁 What Happens Next:

  • Once our team verifies the issue, we will:

    • Resend the correct item (if available)

    • OR process a 100% refund to your original payment method within 7 working days


❌ No Refund or Replacement Will Be Provided If:

  • The taste or flavor wasn’t to your liking

  • You entered the wrong delivery address

  • The product was delayed by courier services

  • There’s minor leakage or packaging dent that doesn’t affect product quality

  • The item was opened, tampered with, or partially consumed


🚫 Cancellation Policy

Because all our food items are made fresh to order, we do not accept cancellations once the order is placed. This helps us ensure:

  • Freshness in every batch

  • Minimal wastage

  • Smooth processing and shipping timelines

Please Note:

  • All orders are processed immediately after payment

  • No changes, modifications, or cancellations are allowed

  • We strongly request customers to verify their address, contact number, and cart items before placing an order
